President and CEO Thomas Brockley joined Arrow Tru-Line, Inc. in October 2018. Brockley brings thirty years of experience to the company with a focus on lean manufacturing, quality improvement, product development and operations with companies such as GE, CNH and Eaton. Brockley has an MBA from Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska.
